At Natura Clinics, the team focus on providing detailed and transparent information during consultation and treatments – ensure that there’s no misunderstanding of the treatments. We thrive to give the better service to our clients, by achieving that we use top-notch products and equipment. Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
A deposit or full pre-payment may be required to secure your booking.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
To secure your appointment, a deposit or full pre-payment is required.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or pre-paid amount.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in full loss of the deposit or pre-paid amount.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or non-attendance.
Rescheduling is permitted only where sufficient notice is provided.
Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in Natura Clinics requiring full pre-payment for future bookings.
Natura Clinics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered to reschedule or receive a refund of any amount paid.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced or your appointment may be rescheduled.
Appointments may be cancelled if you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, at the clinic’s discretion.
No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
All services and treatments are non-refundable once performed.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Where required under law, Natura Clinics will provide a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or re-treatment.
Pre-paid packages and services are non-refundable except where required by law.
All treatments are cosmetic and individual results may vary.
No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
Results depend on individual factors including skin type, medical history, and adherence to aftercare.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical and health information.
Natura Clinics will not be held responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from:
incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information
failure to follow aftercare instructions
All treatments are subject to individual assessment.
Natura Clinics practitioners reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
Treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
All packages must be used within the validity period. Any unused treatments after the expiry date may be forfeited.
Extensions may be considered at the discretion of Natura Clinics in exceptional circumstances, including medical or other reasonable grounds.
Packages are non-transferable, non-shareable, and cannot be exchanged for other treatments or services.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent prior to receiving treatment.
